01 Acceptance of Terms

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

08 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jljl5ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

jljl5ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.

Upon account closure for cause, jljl5ph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause by jljl5ph, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
